I am Joya T. Hayes, South Central Regional Director. Welcome to the official website for the Sensational South Central Region, where membership and mission meet sisterhood, scholarship, and service!

In the South Central Region states of Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas and New Mexico, we unite to further the ideals of our founders – servant leadership, lifelong learning, advocacy, and empowerment. Our intention is to communicate effectively with our members, act swiftly in our communities, and provide support throughout our region and beyond. We endeavor to use our many talents to make Alpha Kappa Alpha supreme in service to all mankind. We value each other and the unique contributions we all make. We are South Central….today, tomorrow, and forever!
