Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Greeting Requests

Thank you for your interest in requesting a greeting, resolution or proclamation from the International President and/or Executive Director. The Corporate Office receives and processes all requests in accordance with the guidelines below. Please carefully review these guidelines prior to submitting your request. Requests that do not comply with the guidelines or do not contain sufficient information will not be fulfilled.

Greeting Guidelines

Requestors: Active members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., chapters, regions, partner organizations, and member organizations of the National Pan-Hellenic Council may submit requests for greetings.

Number of Greeting Requests is Limited: The number of requests you can submit per month is limited to three (3) per month. Requests for multiple greetings must be submitted separately with the required information listed above.

Requests: Please submit Greeting Requests at least 4-6 weeks prior to the date in which the greeting is needed for printing or distribution.
