As Regional Director of the Fascinating Far Western Region of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, I am proud to continue the strong legacy of service that has positively impacted our local communities since 1921. The region is comprised of over 4,000 graduate and undergraduate members in nine states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.
The Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® international program theme, "Exemplifying Excellence Through Sustainable Service" is the driving force behind our community service efforts in the following programmatic target areas: HBCU for Life: A Call to Action, Women's Healthcare and Wellness, Building Your Economic Legacy, The Arts! and Global Impact.
