Regional Director Request Form

Thank you for your interest in having Jennifer King Congleton, the Mid-Atlantic Regional Director of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated attend or provide a written greetings for your event. Please submit this form at least 90 days in advance of your event date.

In regards to event participation, the Regional Office will review the information and notify you within a reasonable time whether she will be able to attend and the terms of her participation. Online submission of the completed form is required before any dates will be held on the calendar.

For a written greeting, please provide the purpose and specifics in the "additional details" section.

Due to the large number of requests we receive and the complexity of Ms. Congleton’s calendar, not all requests can be accommodated. If you have questions about the form, please contact the Chief of Staff at jkcchiefofstaff@gmail.com.
