Debbie Carter Elected President of African American Community Fund

The AACF is the first of its kind in the nation and currently has funds with assets totaling more than $7 million. Since the fund’s inception, more than 4,126 grants exceeding a total of $5.1 million have been given out and more than $1.5 million in scholarships has been awarded. Soror Debbie is an educator with more than 20 years of experience. She currently serves as Basileus of Tau Lambda Omega Chapter in Trotwood, OH. A graduate of Spelman College, Soror Debbie was initiated into (Sweet) Mu Pi Chapter. She is a Silver Star and Life Member.
