Members practiced breathwork and learned the importance of breathing, mental health and overall wellness such as emotional, spiritual, social and environmental. The breathing technique practiced was an Indigenous style of breathwork which is a three-part breathe. The session was relaxing, and fulfilling and allowed sorors to connect with their minds and bodies through strategic breathing. Members learned that breathwork can be a powerful technique when faced with challenges.
